3Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Transactions can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 1–24 business hours.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will always be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

If any suspicious transaction is detected, kcu9 reserves the right to temporarily place the payment on hold pending verification. Relevant authorities will be notified in cases of suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Funds cannot be withdrawn directly without wagering — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.

4Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on kcu9:

• Kcu9 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Exploiting delayed or inaccurate data during live betting is strictly prohibited.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.

Results for bets on cricket, football, and other sporting events are determined in accordance with the relevant international rules of the sport. In the case of any disputed outcome, the decision of kcu9 shall be final.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering multiplier requirement (typically 10x to 30x).
